We are so excited to welcome Joy Gardner to the LegalEASE, a LEGAL ACCESS Company team! As the new manager of the Member Service Team, Joy sets the team dynamic and brings everyone together to reach the same goal. With over 16 years of experience in the Customer Service Industry, Joy confidently leads the Member Services Team to make sure that each of our members receives the best experience possible.

Outside of the office, Joy frequently volunteers her time with Star of Hope, Bread of Life, retirement homes, as well as other organizations. Ambitious as well, she is working towards completing her doctorate degree at the University of Houston.
