Lydia Morgan- Quality Assurance Manager & Account Manager

Lydia joined the Legal Access | LegalEASE team in 2010. She is an awesome part Legal Access | LegalEASE. Today she is part of the Quality Assurance team and Account Management team. She is responsible for quality monitoring of worksite member services and is the process owner of the member services escalation protocol. She also interfaces with EAP client companies as a Account Manager and assists in managing the member services department. Lydia also plays an important role on the Training team, BC/DR (business continuity and disaster recovery) team, among other roles. Lydia has been instrumental in internal operations projects, including the revamp and design of several operations processes.

Lydia has over twelve years experience in customer service, five years experience in quality assurance & control and three years of experience in account management at past positions, such as  Quality Assurance and Trainer at Teletech Holdings International, Administrator of Coinage Distribution at the Royal Canadian Mint and Brand Ambassador at Mosaic Sales Solutions. Lydia was an honor graduate with a B.A. from Brock University. When not in the office she can be seen up above as an aerial dancer on the trapeze. Lydia resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband.
